Event Tickets Plus - Product Layout

Hey there,

I have created a product layout for my shop but it doesn’t work on an Event Tickets Plus event from The Event Calendar.

I chosen wc_archive for the layout and I can see that my Ticket is being shown when I try to select it in the preview setting but I’m getting this error.

This doesn’t happen on other products.

Am I doing something wrong here? The Ticket is being shown as a product in woocommerce…

Thanks for reaching out.
The Event Plus is a 3rd Party plugin and we don’t provide any support or investigation to it. Still, we are curious to know what exact reason behind your issue. I would suggest you check by assigning the Archive layout instead of WC Archive, if that is not an archive page please try with the Single layout. If that does not help, we would like to investigate through the admin dashboard, but we can’t guarantee a fix on this.
