Hi guys,
It seems we have an issue with Cornerstone and Event Espresso on X. I can’t get cornerstone to load when Event Espresso is activated?
Would you mind having a look for me?
Many thanks,
S

Hi There,
Could you please tell us which page are not working?
I’ve just tested a few pages and they’re working fine:
Thank you.
Hi Thai,
I can’t get any of them to work, nor my client, we’re just getting blank white pages. We’re both on Macs, I’ve tried with Chrome and Safari, as has my client.
Can I ask what your set up is?
S
Hi there,
I’m getting that too now, and I can’t get into the admin as it display a white page. This is more likely related to performance since you’re activating multiple plugins and not builder related.
Let’s make sure the resources are enough first before we continue the troubleshooting. Please add this line to your site’s wp-config.php
just before the line of /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
.
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
If you’re on shared hosting then that mostly the problem, you should contact your hosting provider and increase the limit. Then test it again.
Thanks!
Hi Rad,
We’re on a managed VPS with TSO and haven’t seen any issues anywhere else. I’ve defined the Memory Limit in wp-config but it doesn’t seem to have helped.
I’ve put in a ticket with TSO to check there are no limitations, but I’m sure there aren’t.
It’s only when the EE plug-in is activated this happens?
Do you have any other ideas?
Many thanks,
S
Hi there,
I’m not really sure how EE plugin works, but perhaps contacting the plugin author may help. And if possible, maybe your host is enable to provide performance and error logs. We need a starting point to where to investigate.
But I also installed EE on my installation and so far, there is no issues. Maybe it’s not just the plugin but the host environment has problem with the plugin too.
Thanks!
Rad,
Thanks so much for your helpful advice and assistance.
I set the PHP Memory Limit for 768MB and that seems to have done the trick.
Thanks again,
S
Glad to hear that
