Ethos Stack -> Agency Demo Question

I have the Ethos Stack - Agency demo - Home Page.
There are 3 Sections (Services, Office, Contact), that have stock background images.
When I edit the page using Cornerstone, and scroll up in the preview window, the background images remain fixed, while the elements in those sections scroll. (Which is a really nice transition look).
But, when I publish the page on my site (www.vapeshopvideo.com), the background images in those 3 section are not fixed, and scroll with the elements.

I did check the online demo on theme.co, and the agency demo also has the background images scrolling with the elements.

Why are the background images fixed in Cornerstone, but not live?
How can I made them fixed position?

Hi There,

You need to turn on Parallax, but on your website it seems to be working fine.

On which browser and device you are experiencing the issu?

Thanks

The Parallax option on the element is turned on.
I am experiencing the issue on a Dell laptop, running either Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit), Mozilla Firefox Quantum 58.0.2 (64-bit) browsers
The only time I see the background images remain static is inside cornerstone during editing the existing page. :frowning:

I don’t normally use MS Internet Explorer, but I checked our site there, and the images remain fixed on that browser. Why doesn’t the functionality work correctly on Chrome and Firefox?

Hi there,

To clarify, is this happening only in cornerstone preview? Because yes, it works fine in live page with chrome and firefox. Would you mind providing your login credentials in a secure note? Then I’ll check.

Thanks!

No, in cornerstone preview, the functionality works correctly.
On published site, functionality works in MS Internet Explorer browser, does not work correctly in Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Hi There,

Parallax effect works fine on my end on Chrome and Firefox.

Would you mind to test in a different computer?

Let us know how it goes!
