Ethos Navbar Some Underlined Some Not (SOLVED)

Hello.

If you go to my website: https://yourcollegeblog.com/

If you hover over my main navbar you’ll see that Home, About, and Contact don’t get underlined when you hover over them.

College Guides and Beginner Information do.

How can I either make them all underlined when you hover over them, or remove all of the underlines?

PS: College Guides and Beginner Information are categories, not sure if that matters.
