Ethos mobile menu does nothing when you tap on the menu bars

Please double check if you have the latest version of X and Cornerstone active on your site.

Hi there,

As mentioned in my previous response, please double check if you have the latest version of X and Cornerstone active on your site as having incompatible version might result to issues like this.

Currently, your site is on X 6.0.2 and Cornerstone 2.1.7 which are incompatible and are not the latest. Please try updating to X 6.0.4 and Cornerstone 3.0.4.

How do you update both X and Cornerstone? My site says that I’m running X 6.0.4 but not sure on Cornerstone

Hi there,

Please go to Dashboard > Updates then you should be able to see the update for X and Cornerstone.

In case you are not seeing any update, please click on the Check Again button to force check for updates.

Updated Cornerstone on the plugins page and now the mobile menu is working. Thank you!
