Thank you for writing in, regretfully custom CSS would not be enough, you need a Custom Blog Posts Index Page Template for that, which fall outside of the scope of support that we can offer.
Ethos stack has that type of blog index posts, though Ethos does not have the same feel with the site that you’re building.
