Ethos 2 slide problem

im trying to recreate ethos 2 slide, but it seems like I cannot see the animation the first time I load the website.
after first load, it works fine.

did I do something wrong on the slide setting?

Thanks for the reply. It is possible its because im using Microsoft Edge?
I tried load it using Chrome and it works perfectly fine, but when I use Edge the first time it just cant load.

And the weird thing is when I try to load ethos 2 demo page it works perfectly fine even on first load.

Hey @cwong92,

I have replicated the issue in Edge. However, it really only happened once. It always work every load even after I cleared Edge’s cache and also viewed in incognito mode. This might also be the case in our Ethos 2 demo since I already viewed the demo in Edge so it always work.

Regretfully, this type of issue would be tricky to troubleshoot. What I would recommend is that you try following the suggestions in ThemePunche’s troubleshooting guide at https://www.themepunch.com/faq/troubleshooting-tips-for-5-0/

If the issue persists, what we could do is post this in our issue tracker so our development team could forward this to ThemePunch in due time.
