Estimation & Payments Form Problem – forms not showing on front end

Hi! I’ve got a site with 3 different forms running using the E&P Forms plugin – see secret note for URLs and a login to the WP install.

I am not sure when this started happening but the first two are no longer showing on the front end at all (or in Cornerstone). Strangely though the No. 3 one works absolutely fine. I can’t see what the difference is but even when I try to set them up on a blank page without any other content both 1 or 2 don’t work, but no. 3 does.

Can you please help? I have tried disabling plugins and clearing cache – I am at a loss as to what is going on and these are currently live collecting data.

Hello Ross,

Thanks for writing in! Please edit your form #2 and Form #3 because there must be something in the form settings itself which is why it is not showing. Form #1 ([estimation_form form_id="8"]) is working by the way. Please see the URL in secure note where you can find all the forms with only form #1 is working:

  • link in the secure note

You may need to review each of your form settings.

Thanks for your help – I turned the “Ajax navigation support” on for these forms and it worked. Strange as it did work before, but seems to be OK now! :slight_smile:
