Estimation & Payment is not working properly

Dear Team
I installed the E&P Plugin via X-Theme Pro (latest version).
The Plugin opens up and I can choose the template which are already set as templates. It is also possible to start with a new Form from scratch with the creation of a new step. However if I want to start configuring the different steps, E&P starts working with a “pulsar” in the middle of the screen but the setting panel will not open.

Any idea whats wrong? Is there any specific PHP module which must be activated?

Currently website is running on PHP 7.4
X-Theme Pro --> 5.1.5

The website URL is not added with the credentials. I have checked your Themeco Account but unable to recognize the URL where you are having the problem.

Thanks for the feedback. Oh, I’m working on a staging instance of the page. So maybe this is the issue then right?

Original domain is “containertrans.ch”
Staging site is “containertrans.ch/staging”

Hi @rdbeli,

I found the issue which is due to the older version of Contact Form 7. I went ahead and updated the said plugin and now the E&P Form is working perfectly fine.
