Thanks for writing in! Does this issue happened right after you have updated the theme? I can see that you are using CloudFlare. Please login to your cloudflare account and purge your site cache. For best results, please make sure that you are using the recommend CloudFlare settings which can be found here: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/8/

Please clear all your plugin caches and your browser cache to before testing your page again.

Hey, tried it but still the same. Can you just test on your install to embed
[estimation_form form_id=“1”]
and see if everything works? Then I know if the problem is from my side.

I tried with the shortcode that I have and it works just fine. May I know to where you added this shortcode? Maybe it’s element or container related.

Hmm, ok interesting, then it has to be something from my side.
I used it in content area https://prnt.sc/luw976 in Icon stack.

Hello @ak47marx,

Thanks for providing the information. I have logged in and investigated the issue. Because the plugin is enqueueing ONLY if it finds the shortcode in the_content and our v2 elements does not add the shortcode in the the_content which is why it is not displaying correctly.

Please use Raw Content element only.
