Estimation & Payment Forms - Not updating

Great plugin and I have created a nice little form in order to give potential customers a ‘quick quote’.

At this point I am just struggling with the fine-tuning, as it is a battle to save the content of fields I have changed. I edit a text string, save, view the form, and the change has not updated.

In addition, I have reconfigured a calculation, and now this is not updating either.

As far as I know, CDN caching is not used, and I have cleared the X-theme Style Cache time and again but it does not help.

The version I am using is 9.6.3.2 and X is 6.2.5.

Thanks for reaching out.

I checked your site and yes, there is no CDN or cache. But I couldn’t find anything wrong from the front side. Would you mind providing your site’s login URL and admin login credentials in a secure note?

And which form? A video recording will help us directly check the issue with the same procedures.

Hi Rad

Thank you for looking into my problem.

We were not able to emulate it in another environment, and after a considerable amount of testing, found that the script was calling out to a site that I had blocked. I have a list of dodgy sites that is blocked by default, and the plugin was clearly trying to access code from somewhere there. After deactivating the list, the form worked!

Thank you though for trying to assist and my apologies for wasting time with a problem that was caused on my side.
