Estimation & Payment Forms Nees Activation

Hello,
I am using the Pro theme.
I want to use the Estimation & Payment Forms plugin, however, when I install it, it tells me that I need an activation code. According to the documentation, the plugin is bundled with the theme.
How can I activate it?

Thanks for reaching out!

The Estimation & Payment form bundled plugin doesn’t need license activation. You can still use the said plugin without the license code.
