Estimation & Payment Forms - Export data in CSV

Hello Team,
Hope you are all doing great.
I looked around but couldn’t find an answer for this.

I have a form to select different options using checkboxs, and in the summary i can see the selected options. (as quantities i think)
But at the time to export the csv orders, there are no values in the columns of this items.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the specific E&P form and found that the checkbox values are coming into the CSV while exporting it. If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

You are right, i opened the csv instead of importing it.
