Hi there… I just restarted my X-Theme project.
I’m interested to use the Loopus plugin but somehow it doesn’t work anymore.
Try to activate it try to remove it… nothing happens.
Already e-maild Loopus 2 weeks ago trough their website but they didn’t reply.

Is updated but doesn’t load / activate…

Please navigate to the plugins page and try to activate the plugin from there

If you are trying to install it, kindly note that you can also get the plugin file from from themeforest and install it via FTP

From Downloads in your ThemeForest account779, click Download next to X and choose: All Files & Documentation download from ThemeForest. Unzip, and you will find an extensions folder containing zips for all our Extensions.

Hello @Smilelist,

I can see the issue. The plugin might be corrupted. Please login to your hosting via FTP like filezilla. On your wordpress folder installation, go to \wp-content\plugins\. Look for this folder WP_Estimation_Form and delete it . Then login to wordpress dashboard again and repeat the process of installing the plugin.

Can’t delete the plugin folder manually? I mean when you login on your hosting, you should be able to delete the plugin folder. If not, that means you don’t have permission. Please check in with your hosting provider regarding this permission issue. They can help you with this. Thanks.

Grrrr removed WP Cost plugin with help of the helpdesk Hostnet in Netherlands with Filezilla… New download Themeforest X-Theme stuff. Installed it and checked the upload but still the same result in WP a non working plugin…

Hi @Smilelist,

Could you try it again? Looks like the issue is the combination of cache configuration and memory limit. I tried changing the limit but has no effect, but when I turned the cache to false through wp-config.php, it started working. The plugin is now active. Perhaps it’s host specific setting? And is this a multi-site? It says in the configuration so the problem could be caused by multiple setups.
