Estimate and Payment does not load on page

Hi there

It used to work, but now the estimate and payment module doesn’t load at all.

It worked before but without even changing anything it stopped. It only concerns my own made e&p form: [estimation_form form_id=“8”]

It is embedded as raw content in a global block on this site:
https://followme.aero/lufthansa-mitarbeiterangebote/

I added the credentials in a secure note.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Form ID used in the E&P Form shortcode [estimation_form form_id=“9”] is not available anymore.
