Essential Grid WooCommerce Products

I’m having an issue with adding new WooCommerce products that don’t show up in the Essential Grid. Previous products show up fine, but any new products I’m adding (i.e. B1 40+ Polyps) do NOT show up in the respective grids I’ve created for them.

Please help!

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! The new products that you may have added will only be displayed in your grid if you have tagged them as “simple”.

You may need to edit your grid and remove the tag to display all the products instead.

I don’t think that’s it. Take for example the product SPS Corals. Ess Grid shows (5) products in that category. However, none show up on the actual grid? I only have Product Categories selected as the Source in Ess Grid.

Hi there,

I’m testing your site and it’s a bit of weird, it always kicked me out and says cookies are blocked. Then upon load of the grid, this error appears in developer’s console

(index):522 WebSocket connection to 'wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

Then, that error is always triggered every time I changed the category or post type (ajax response).

Are you hosted on Wordpress.com? Because of that API Url in the error, could you try reaching out to them to see what’s this error?

No I’m a dedicated server with Hostgator. Is it possible that is a Jetpack error?

Looks like due to internal cache, I created a new grid and it works there and you can check it here http://royalreefs.com/cornerstone-draft/

You should check your hosting provider to see if there are internal caches that you can clear. Like database cache, object cache, etc.

I had Hostgator clear the server cache. Still the issue persists. See attached chat transcript.

@Rad has created a test page at http://royalreefs.com/cornerstone-draft/ and it works. He used the X Sample grid he created. Please follow the setup in that grid or use it in your https://royalreefs.com/sps-corals/ page. I tried to replace it but saving takes a long time. Also, I’m always logged out of your site.
