Hello please help. Essential Grid is not displaying either via the classic component or the shortcode. Please advise. It is not visible live at all and displays. And display “No preview available: View Live” and naturally View Live links to nothing. Yes, we have properly created portfolio posts and they are linked to the page properly, but alas, no functionality or display. Please advise.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.
- TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
- TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
- THEME UPDATE
- CHILD THEME
- CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
- VERSION COMPATIBILITY
Only if none of those help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.
