Essential Grid using Instagram Feed doesnt show Likes or comments?

I am using the Essential Grid for Instagram posts but whatever I do, I cannot get the “likes” or comments to show up with you hover over the pic. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out.
It might be due to the skin you have chosen for the essential grid item, can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Ok, I just replied with a secure note - let me know what you find out.

The given credentials do not work for us. It seems that the password is incorrect.

Hi @whatupchuk,

I have checked your site thoroughly and found that the comments and likes count is not coming from Instagram. I will post this in our issue tracker so this issue will be queued for fixing by Essential Grid development team.

Ok, thank you - let me know what they say. I also tried it 2 different sites on 2 different hosts and I got the same results. I hope they fix it. I really dont want to pay for an extra plugin to get the same results.
