Essential Grid Update

Hi there,
My website www.anapulidoeventos.com is not loading because i have to make an update in essential grid plugin.
I had problems before updating this plugin in another website, and is this is an addon plugin, i dont have the purchase code to follow this secure steps

How can i update the plugin correctly, without loosing my grids and their skins, without the purchase code?

Hi There,

Thanks for asking!
The essential grid is bundle plugins with X or pro which doesn’t need a separate purchase key to update or active.
To update the plugin you need to check if the plugin is available for auto-update or not.

just go to Dashboard-> updates you will find a list of themes and plugins waiting for an update. From there you can update the plugins.

Regarding the issue, There won’t be any loss of grids and Skin when you update the plugins, but it better to take a full back up when you are doing the update.

Thanks, it went fine.
However i had issues updating in this website: www.katoprod.com. Skin dissappeared and acces to katoprod.com/wp-admin is blocked.

This is the error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC in /home/ivanbein/public_html/wp-content/plugins/essential-grid/admin/includes/plugin-update.class.php on line 860

What can i do??

This error is kinda similar to the thread below. You might want to check it out.

Essential Grid broken

However as you said, you could not login because your wp-admin is blocked.

You could temporarily remove the essential grid via your FTP.
