I mistakenly edited and saved a skin in Essential Grid, is there a way to reinstate the way it was in the template? I now realizes I ned to duplicate it first before editing. I deactivated the plugin, deleted and reactivated after reinstalling through Validation but it’s still the skin I edited skin. Your help is appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us. You probably can do this using import/export (https://www.themepunch.com/essgrid-doc/import-export/) feature of the plugin. For this you need to setup a staging site with the fresh installation of theme and plugins. Just export the skin from there and import it in your live installation.

Thanks for the suggestion. Since I have another dormant site with another X license, I just updated latest X and installed Essential Grid on the second site, but when I tried to build a grid it’s missing skins. All the grid settings are the same, but the plugin on the site where I mistakenly changed the skin there are 9 skins, on the one I just installed there are only 4, not including the one I want to use: Video Stream. So I’m stuck. Help?

Unfortunately, It has been that way a bit longer now, I’m afraid you won’t be able to Import that Video Stream back unless you have a license for Essentials Grid to download their premium grid templates.
Is the edit you made on that skin is drastic? Can you describe to us the original look of the skin, and show us what you have now. Maybe we can try to restore back those changes you made.

OK… first time I use this. This doesn’t mean that even though I can’t use it in a newer version, using the Video Stream is a problem, does it? I will figure out a work-around design wise. Thank you so much for your help.
