Essential Grid Tiles Not Linking

@christian This is a continuation of a conversation started elsewhere. I’ve attempted all of the relevant checks and plug-in deactivations without success. Any help you might be able to provide would be appreciated.

We first need to know if the issue is only with the Essential Grid and not affected by our theme or other plugins. To do that please do and confirm that you’ve done all of the troubleshooting steps listed in our article here https://theme.co/docs/common-issues.

If none of the troubleshooting steps solve the issue, please open your own thread so you could give us WordPress credentials in a Secure Note. In your thread, provide us the following information.

  • Name of the grid you’re working on
  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Hi @ggunn,

Thank you for the credentials, but that account seems to have limited access, It cant see the Essentials Grids and It cant access the Cornerstone Builders. Please change that account role to an administrator.

Hello @ggunn,

Please check your Essential grid settings or the Skin settings. You may have added a custom CSS that keeps the link behind your grid cover or make sure that you have added a link to the cover.

Please edit your Grid skin to find out if the media cover has a link or not. You may need to check this documentation:
