Hi, I’m running a Wordpress multisite. I have essential grid on most of the sites. At times in the past week or two, I’ve noticed it isn’t always loading. I normally wait a bit and refresh and refresh and eventually it loads. But it isn’t working right now, though I suspect perhaps in ten minutes it might come right. What’s happening? I haven’t changed any settings or added any extra plug ins to coincide with this issue.

Thank you for the very detailed post information. I have checked your site and I found out that you are using Site Ground Optimizer. The page has been minified and cached. I would recommend that you clear all your plugin caches and regenerate the minified HTML, JS and CSS files in your site. Please clear your browser cache too or better use private browsing mode (Incognito mode) before testing your site.

Hey Jane,
Yes, you will have to do it periodically. This is to make sure that the latest version of the site will be displayed and not the old cached or minified version of the site.
