Essential Grid shows just some rows in mobile

Hello,

We have an essential grid set up, however on mobile devices it only shows 3 of the blocks. There are a total of 9 blocks in the grid, so in the pagination section for mobile we set it to 9 rows, however it appears only 3 are visible in mobile still?

Would you be able to assist?

I have tried to login using the details you have provided but I am also not able to login successful. I asked another support staff to try but they are also not able to.

This is the issue I am getting when trying to login even if my browser’s cookies is enabled:

I was going to check the page in question but there is a coming soon functionality enabled on the site so I am not sure how to proceed.

Kindly double check.

I was able to login and opened the page with the grid. I checked in mobile and I could see all 9 items stacked as 1 column in mobile. It works as set in the grid’s options.

What you’re seeing could just be the cached previous version of the page. Please try clearing your browser’s cache. Also ask your host if they have built-in caching and tell the web host support to clear all caches.
