Essential Grid settings not working properly

Hi there,

I’m using the Essential Grid plugin on one of my pages, and am having a few issues that I hope you can help with:

  1. Cannot change the ratio or dimensions of grid items. I’ve adjusted the ratio in the backend, but the settings do not take effect. I need the boxes to be taller than wider, and I have no way of adjusting this.

  2. The border radius setting is not showing on the front end.

  3. I have 1 layer I want to show in both idle mode and hover. When I select “show on desktop” for the single layer, it shows all layers on idle, even though the other layers do not have this selected.

I’m not sure why the settings don’t seem to be taking effect, any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your given page URL it seems that there is no essential grid on this given page. I would suggest you please share the exact page URL so that we can check your settings. It would be best if you could share the screenshot as well.

Hi Prakash,

I actually ended up just making a custom solution instead. I did remove the Essential Grid from the page. I Meant to let you know yesterday, my apologies for taking your time…
