Essential Grid problem / mobile layout does not appear

Hi there,

I’m building a site at:

A request of the client was to place references on the bottom of the home page. Another request was to remove the animation on mobile devices, since there is no option to hover over. I followed this guide:

And set up a separate ‘EG’ for mobile devices. On the backend, everything looks sweet, but when I try to view it from my mobile device, the grid doesnt shows up.

A second issue I have is that I’m using tables to display some information. These look great on desktop, but fall apart on mobile, here’s an example:

Do you have any recommendations to fix this?

Hi There,

1.) The issue is int essential grid settings. It is set to be hidden when I checked the source code. Please share your admin credentials using a secure note so we can check setup.

2.) By default, tables is not responsive and not recommended for mobile view. You may check Pricing Table element but that is design for 3 columns only. If you want to proceed with using tables, check the following guide to make it responsive.

1, You are right in it being hidden. Thing is, there are two essential grids added. 1 for the desktop, and one for mobile without the animation. The desktop one is hidden on mobiles, and the mobile one is hidden on desktops. But the mobile one does not show up.
