Essential Grid posts not showing after updating

Hi there,

Possibly a stupid question. But after updating Essential Grid on a site, I no longer seem to have Essential Grid posts. One of my main grids was using EG posts as the source of the grid contents, which now seems to have disappeared.

Am I missing something here?

Hi Shaun,

Thanks for writing in and I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. Upon checking, I see that you have plenty of licenses so I’m not sure on which site that you’re having this issue.

To troubleshoot this issue further, first try removing any custom JavaScript added to your site (X -> Theme Options -> JS). If you’re using a child theme, disable it temporarily and see if your child theme customizations are causing this issue.

If you’re still having issue, then you need to check for a plugin conflict by disabling your 3rd party plugins. If the issue is resolved, then you can activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin causing the issue.
