Essential Grid - Page not displaying in grid

Hi team,

I updated an existing essential grid so that it would display a page as well as the categories it is currently displaying, but I can’t get the page to show. Can you please advise?

Grid name: homepage ticker tape
I added the “sustaining global ambitions…” page, but it does not appear in the grid (at the bottom of the homepage, under the header “what’s happening in the NZ tech sector”

I’ve checked that there is a feature image, the date is current, there is an alternate image, etc…

I checked your site dashboard. I went ahead and checked your page “sustaining global ambitions” but I can’t find the “essential grid” shortcode or Classic essential grid element on this page. I also notice that your grid name is “Home Ticker Tape”. Is it correct? I would suggest you must give us the proper name and exact page URL so that we can investigate the issue.

I went ahead and created a page called "Themeco Test" and used this grid “Home Ticker Tape”. It is working fine.

Sorry. To clarify:

The “home page ticker tape” essential grid is on the home page, at the bottom, under the heading “what’s happening in the NZ tech sector”.

I have updated the essential grid (homepage ticker tape) so that it will display the page “sustaining global ambitions…” in addition to the other posts that it is showing (which are all correct).

As you can se in your screenshot, the page “sustaining global ambitions…” is not appearing in the essential grid.

Hi Ashley,

I checked your Home Page and found the page sustaining global ambitions… in the Home Page Ticker grid. There are many numbers of pages and posts are added into that specific grid and the page you mentioned comes at the end of the list.
