Hi There - I’m trying to use essential grid in the pro footer builder and it’s not working. I’ve tried entering the shortcode into a content box and a text box and it still doesn’t work. I do see in the forum that it won’t show in the preview but will once it’s live, but it doesn’t on my end. Help!

Thank you for writing in, please add the Essential Grid shortcode on a Text element then set the width of that text element to 100%
If that did not work still, please provide us the site URL and login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
