Essential Grid Not Showing New Products

Hello,

I have been using woocommerce and essential grid for quite a while now and have never had this issue.

I uploaded ~10 new products, got them all published with the needed info (pictures, description, price, etc.) and then made sure that my Essential Grid plugin showed all of my categories since I added a new one.

It is displaying the new products correctly when I am logged into my Wordpress account, but the new products are not showing up when I am NOT logged in and just visit the URL.

This has never happened before, please help!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like a cache issue. you could only be seeing the old cached content on the front-end. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services (see https://theme.co/docs/common-issues#disabling-cache)
