Essential Grid not saving at all

I am using both X and PRO on different sites on different servers and different hosting companies and all of a sudden I can no longer save changes or create new Grids in Essentials Grid in either theme.

X - 5.2.5
Essentials Grid - 2.1.6.2.1

PRO - 1.2.7
Essential Grid - 2.1.6.2.1

Has anyone else come across this problem? There also seems to be something weird going on with the interface in the X installation, see the screenshot:

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Hi There,

Unfortunately, the password is incorrect. Please double check.
Based on you screenshot, it might be JS error. Can you also inspect element and then check on the console if there is an error. Thank you.

I believe I have sorted out the issue. I was omitting entering one value in both versions I was testing this in but not seeing the missing value warning. Apart from the strange visual cropping of the title area (CSS conflict?) the plugin is now performing as expected.
