Essential Grid Not Processing Images

Hi there, I don’t think other have had this issue.

I have an essential grid where product images are being cut off on the sides. The images also don’t look rendered enough. This happens sporadically and usually if I refresh a few times, the problem goes away. This problem has arose 5 times in about 2 weeks. Please see the image below that I have provided. You’ll find this problem on www.zookdisk.com.

I’ve checked this issue and I couldn’t reproduce it at my end, please check this video screen cast:

It could be a caching issue, so please try to clear the browser cache and recheck this issue, also may I know which browser are you using and on which platform?
