Essential Grid Not Processing Images 2

Hi there,

I already posted before on this matter, but the forum has been locked and I’m unable to respond. I know it’s been longer than the 9 days and that’s why it’s closed. Unfortunately I became occupied with other aspects and wasn’t able to respond in time.

Here’s the link to the previous thread:

I did reset the cache, I’m still having the same issue as the previous image in the previous topic.

I’ve noticed it’s happened on different computers as well.

What else could be causing this issue? It seems the images are not being rendered properly…

Hi There,

Sorry, but I can not replicate the issue on my end, I tested it on Chrome and Firefox, even IE11 and I don’t see the image getting cut off.

Please let us know what computer you are on and what browser and version you’re using, so we can try to replicate the issue.

You said on other thread:

This happens sporadically and usually if I refresh a few times, the problem goes away.

The fact that this is happening inconsistently, it is more likely that it is related to caching / optimizer of your site.

Please CLEAR/PURGE all your site’s caching feature (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache).

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!

I’m using a PC, I’m using Chrome - it’s still showing the images cut off. I just look at the website with Edge and it’s working fine.

I have cleared/purged all of my sites caching. I will see whether I’m missing something.

Though why could this even be happening?
The images shouldn’t be cut off or blurred what so ever.

Thank you.

Hi There @adjokic

I’m another staff tried to reproduce this issue on different screen sizes as well but I could not replicate your issue.

I suggest you to temporarily disable your server caching and re-test this issue again.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi there,

I’ve tried disabling server-caching. It’s difficult to recreate it because it happens seldom and I haven’t been able to figure out a pattern as to when this happens. If I’m able to re-create it I will contact you.

Thanks for your help!

Sure, please let us know
