Essential Grid New Images Not Showing

I have an Essential Grid I have been working on for some time, but am finding that any new images I add to the grid only show as white placeholders. If I duplicate an element, it shows fine, but just new images for some reason will not show. Even if I bring in one of the images which is already there, it instead shows a white placeholder, yet if I duplicate that same image element, it also shows fine.

I do not have lazy load on at all and I have checked through the settings in EG and cannot see what may be causing this. The images themselves are all just jpegs, so there should not be any problems there.

Here is a screen grab of the white placeholder, rather than an image

I am sort of stuck as to why this happening and hope you can resolve it for me.

I checked your site but can’t seem to find the grid that you are referring to.

Can you provide us the exact url of the page where we can see the issue.

No, it is a work in progress. if you look in Essential Grid, it is called About Us. My apologies, I should have added that in the login details

There is an unpublished page called About Us New which has the EG shortcode in it. Once I can get the grid right, we can publish the page. I have been able to view the grid in there

I’m sorry but I haven’t figured out yet what’s causing the issue. I tried to duplicate your About Us grid but I only get a success grid duplicated message but there’s no duplicated grid. I tried to export but your About Us grid isn’t available for export. That’s weird because I was able to import the rest of your grid in my test site.

Can you try using another skin for your grid? Please also duplicate your grid so we could do some testing. It would also be best you copy your site to a staging server so we could test without caching and other third party plugins.

I have now duplicated the grid and called it About Us Test. I tried different skins with no change I am just waiting on Cloudways getting back to me re creating a staging server.

Yes, the backend always had the images looking fine. It is only when previewing it in the frontend that the white image placeholders appeared

I have contacted Cloudways re the staging server, as it was only just created, but I can see that previewing pages looks crazy

OK, found out it was due to CDN being enabled on the staging server, so have disabled and now it appears fine

Nothing has been figured out with the original problem. When Christian replied originally, he indicated I needed to create a staging server so it would be possible to check the issue without caching and 3rd party plugins. I created the staging server, but when Thai attempted to check the grid on the frontend of it, it was all over the place. That was due to CDN being enabled. That was taken care of.

So all I have done is disable CDN on the staging server so that it is now viewable. This should hopefully allow you to find out what the problem is with the grid. The original problem has not been addressed.

I tested the grid and it seems to be showing fine on my end.

If you see a white image placeholders try to remove it and re upload the image.
