The option in the essential grid’s lightbox is not working properly: https://prnt.sc/jezy7e Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?
Also, is there an option to have the thumbnails displayed under the image instead to the side?

Hi Petar,
I can see there are a lot of CSS codes added in (X > Theme Options > CSS) related to Essential Grid, could you please take a backup of these codes first then -temporarily- remove them and recheck this issue?
Unfortunately, there is no option to move the thumbnails to the bottom instead of showing them aligned left, modifying this look will require further development/customization which is beyond our support scope.

Seems like the issue might be related to the images in the thumbnails being linked to a file named 300x200transparent.png https://prnt.sc/jfpzmc

Hey There,
The images were the default image when there is no thumbnails. Did you created the Gallery skin being used in your grid? Since this is a custom grid, please make sure that there is an alternative image for each item. It may help in displaying the thumbs.

May I know how to reproduce this issue? I checked and added the grid in a test page and the lightbox is displaying differently than your screenshot. Perhaps I need some additional steps like changing the settings to reproduce it?

Looks like cache, what I saw is a full-screen image without controls.
And I can confirm the issue and it’s the same in my installation. I’ll add this to our issue tracker and for the meantime, you may remove the thumbnail control for now.
