Essential Grid keeps crashing my Home Page

I have Essential Grid added to my Home page as a shortcode

I only have it showcase the last 2 blogs

But it’s constantly crashing my Home page and giving me an error “Page is Unresponsive”

Why would it be causing this and how can I fix it?

If it continues to do this, I’ll just stop using the plugin all together and delete it, which I don’t want to do. But I can’t have my main Home page crashing like this

I disabled it for now, it was causing too many loading problems. let me know if you need me to re-enable it to trouble shoot it

Sorry about that

Although I have it disabled now

I don’t think it was anything to do with the updates themselves, it just seems its the way essential grid loads altogether crashing my home page and unable to load it for a bit

Would it just help if I added login details to a secure note?

Have you checked your PHP Memory Limit? Set it to a higher number of at least 256MB or 512MB. Kindly check this out:

You should be able to check the server settings in Tools > Site Health > Info > Server.
