Essential Grid Item Borders Disappear Depending on Screen View Percentage

I am having an issue with the borders around items created in Essential Grid. When viewing this page http://testsite.greenbankdevelopment.com/communities/the-grove-mercer-island-wa/ at 100% all borders around each Essential Grid item show correctly however (See attached) if you view the page at 75%, the bottom borders on the Essential Grid items disappear (see attached) , what am i doing incorrectly?

I could not replicate the issue on my side. The boxes showed above is responsive.

we did have issue with out server but it is now back on line … can you please try rechecking?

Hi There,

The issue is different on my end, its the right border is missing, not the bottom.

Please set that 3/4 column left and right padding to 0.
