Essential Grid - Issue with mobile formatting

I’m using an essential grid on my website, however when I open the page up on a mobile device, the features images don’t display. Help please

I have checked the listed site in your Themeco Account Dashboard but didn’t find the Essential Grid section with the described issue.
There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that doesn’t help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Specific Page where you are have added the Essential Grid
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thank you for your response.

I’ve tried a few simple fixes, however I can’t seem to get it to work.

I suspect this could be a bug on the latest version, I will check and report it to the Issue Tracker so this issue will be queued for fixing to Plugin Author.
