Essential grid 2.3.6 Instagram feed has stopped working on desktop but is still working on mobile.

(Instagram reports: Please check the settings) message

Hey Marco,

This is a known issue either with Instagram or the Essential Grid. This is currently on queue to be investigated by the developers. For now, you need to revert from a previous backup of your site when Essential Grid was not updated yet.

I don’t have a backup from an earlier time, this is a recent website using the latest plugin which was working before. Is it possible to install an earlier build of the plugin and would it work then?

I’ve tried to use ‘The Grid’ but that too seems to have trouble accessing Instagram API. Any other solutions?

If you’ve not made changes to the site and you’re having the same issue with the Grid plugin then this could be the Instagram API issue, we’ve already added this one to our issue tracker to be investigated further.
