Essential Grid galleries no longer working

Hi,

My Essential Grid galleries are no longer working on my website https://hofverbergphotography.se/blogg/
I use Essential Grid for every single blogpost on my website and they are no longer visible. I have tried deleting the galleries from the post and adding them back. I inactivated all other plugins.

I also have an issue on the Pro - Validation page as below.

Hey @Hugoboss,

Thanks for plugin conflict beforehand.

Your blog page is currently using Pro’s blog posts display and not Essential Grid. Please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• URL of the page where we can see the Essential Grid issue
• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Regarding the validation issue, try reinstalling Pro.

Hi,

I am using Essential Grid as an element using the builder. I have added Essential Grid to all my blogposts, here is an example: https://hofverbergphotography.se/brollopsfotograf-soderasen-mia-thomas/

Inactivating the plugin “Sunshine Photocart” resolved the issue with the validation page.
Any idea why there is a conflict?

Hey @Hugoboss,

This could be because of the special characters in your grid’s Alias.

I duplicated your grid and it works because the alias doesn’t have special characters (see secure note).

The solution is to update your grid alias without special characters.

I updated all galleries and removed the special symbol and it resolved the issue.
