I keep getting this error Instagram Reports: Please Check Setting I manually shut off the debug feature in wordpress but it keeps showing up.

Actually Instagram have depreciated its API. More details can be found of following post:

We had customers reporting similar issues using The Grid plugin. They have released update and same has been addressed. We’re waiting for an update from Essential Grid team.
