I am setting up a grid using essential grid for selling products, the grid functions great but I am trying to utilise the Deep Linking feature and it isn’t working. I am aiming to have on the home page 4 different categories and when the ‘Shop Now’ button is clicked it should load the shop page with the filter already selected but it currently isn’t.
I have cleared the caches several times and deactivated all cache related plugins but that hasn’t worked.
Please could you have a look at the set up and advise if there are any obvious issues.
The site home page is here and the shop categories are slightly down the page, I have applied the deep linking to the first one (Truck Nox Sensors) and this should pre select the Nox Sensors filter but itsn’t.
The only work around I can think of is to duplicate the grid 4 times and use the pre selected filter option which does work but I don’t like the idea of then having 4 more identical grids which will also need to be on 4 more separate category pages.
