Essential Grid Cannot Re-order images

Hello we are having some issues with Essential Grid

For some reason when we click and drag images to adjust the order, it reverts back after we save

We have tried updating all the plugins and themes as well deactivated all the plugins except Essential Grid and still no luck, can you please have a look?
