Essential Grid and Contact Form 7 not loading on Safari 12.0

My Plugins (essential grid and contact form 7) load fine using chrome on both desktop and mobile, and loads in Safari on a mobile device. They are not loading using Safari 12.0 on a desktop (I have tried on multiple computers). Instead it is displaying only the short code.

All of my plugins are up to date and I have cleared my cashes/history/cookies on all computers in Safari. Any ideas how to solve this?

Thanks for asking.

I checked the website https://brianjensen.us/ on all three browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Safari) and the problem is not limited to Safari browser. Actually what seem to be the problem is that Essential Grid and Contact Form 7, both the plugins are in deactivated state. Can you please check under Plugins > Installed Plugins and please make sure that both the plugins are activated? Only then the information will output on the frontend.

Both plugins are activated. They are loading just fine in chrome.

In Pro, if I edit the contact page, the container that the forms short code is in says “This element could not render due to invalid template markup. This could be due to changes introduced by a third party plugin. The front end of your site should still function normally”.

I am using version 2.3.3 of Pro.

I’ve seen this happening on another site with Contact Form 7. I’m working on a fix, but this issue isn’t something I’ve been able to reproduce locally. Would you mind sharing login credentials (WordPress admin and FTP) in a secure note? It would help us test for the root cause and get some more information on the problem. Thanks!
