Essential Grid all of a sudden not showing pictures anymore

Hello, my essential grid is all of a sudden not showing pictures anymore. Yesterday is was fine and ive made no changes.
In the backend preview of EG it is showing the pictures.
But on the frond end no pictures are showing…

Hello Bjorn,

Thanks for writing in! Your images may not be loading because of the plugin cache or lazy loading. Please go to Ess. Grid > Global Settings and clear your cache. You may also temporarily disable Lazy Loading while you are troubleshooting this issue. Perhaps this link might help you:

Hello RueNel,

thanks for your reaction, ive deleted the cach and disabled lazy loading.
But the pictures are still not showing.
What can be the problem?

Hi Bjorn,

You might have a plugin feature that is causing the issue, please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
