Essential Grid Ajax error: Failed to import Grid

Hi,

I want to import the Filter dropdown Jefferson Grid but I receive the message: Ajax error: Failed to import Grid.

I have read the topics about this issue but can’t find the solution for me.

Can you please help how to make it work…?

The reason why you have failed to import the Filter Dropdown Jefferson Grid because this is a premium template and it needs a purchase license code from Essential Grid in order for you to import the said Filter Dropdown. If you wish to continue importing the Filter Dropdown, I suggest that you purchase your own Essential Grid license code.

There are different causes for the Ajax Error. It might be the issue of Upload folder permission, Memory limit(256M), Upload Max File Size(256M), and Max Post Size(256M). I checked your upload size is 32M. I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to set the severe configration.

All the server settings are set but still the ajax error when trying to install the Ess Grid template…

Hi @cvdw,

I tried to install the Dropdown Jefferson Grid filter on my development website but I can’t replicate the ajax error. With that said, I believe it’s a conflict with the plugin installed on your website. I suggest that you disable all your plugins except the Cornerstone and Essential Grid plugin then please try importing the Dropdown Jefferson Grid filter again.

I have imported the Grid from my local environment to your website and it works perfectly and shows the Grids into the list.

If you are still facing some issue, there might some other reason behind it.

1. Please check if that JSON file you are importing is in the correct format
2. Check if that contains the Grid content data only
