Essential grd Templates not available

Hi there,

I just purchased another X-theme package and noticed the Essential grid has only 2 pages of grid templates compared to its usual 5 or 6 pages. I require the Cleveland grid template and its not Available. It seems I have to purchase additional grid templates…Why is this ???.

Yes I have deleted activated and reactivated the Ess Gris Plugin but to no avail.

I’m not sure what you mean by 2 pages, but yes, not all templates are importable. It requires you to buy a license directly from them and it’s not our control since the templates are stored on their server and not on our server.

Encircled below is the scope of the bundled plugin

And in order to access the library where templates are then you need to activate it with a license directly bought from them.
