ESS grid not loading in dashboard

Hi there,
ESS grid isn’t loading in my dashboard. It started after I imported grids from a different (pretty identical) website; I since deleted the imported grids but still nothing.
I can’t edit neither skins nor grids; they won’t load up although everything seems to be working fine on the actual website…
I’ll send you user and password on a secure note.

Are those images you sent? I can’t see them, they won’t load up.

Regardless, it still doesn’t load. It was fine for a few days and now it’s gone back to not working properly. I checked in other sites, ones that are practically identical and use the same grid, actually, and they seem fine.

In addition to that, there seems to be a problem with the font size which I can’t locate.
I’ll elaborate: I have 3 websites that are pretty similar in design and use the exact same grid and skins. For some reason in this one, when I go on mobile devices, the font “breaks” although the font size is defined as the same in the others. I attached a couple of screen shots.
You can see the font size appears larger, however in the skin they’re defined the same. 20px with line height 25px

I took some time to reproduce the issue, but I couldn’t. ESS grid is loading fine on my end.

The above links are screenshots that @basanta provided. It seems that some setting on your end blocking requests. For example it could be that your personal firewall or ISP related issue. Could you please check with that first and see.

I can see the grid font is set to 25PX.

Please crosscheck again grid skin for the font size setting.
