Errors after upgrading to Pro 4.04

-Slider Revolution and another plug-in not displaying images
-Fatal error with the plugin Soliloquy
-Embedded YouTube video keeps disappearing

Hi @giovannidistefano,

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons behind the issue you are having, I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues on this.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization

If that does not help you, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL

Reading the forum it seems clear to me that the new version of the theme has some problems. Instead of trying solutions that others have tried unsuccessfully, can I send you a video that illustrates the problem? It would be better for me, for you, and for all angry customers.
Thanks
Giovanni

The solution was to install Version 3.2.3 of the Pro theme via Backup. Best wishes to all

Glad to hear! Let us know if you need anything else.

I found this to be the case for me as well. I use a Formspree form on one of my sites and v4 refuses to accept form tags in any elements (text, form integration, raw). Everytime I tried to save (even with a single form tag), it would fail and the console would report JSON errors.

I hope this buggy behavior gets reported and fixed.

Hey @dezouix,

We already have reported conflicts with other 3rd party plugins and a fix might be included in one of the succeeding releases.

You may report if the next update won’t fix the issue with Formspree.

Thanks.
