ErrorL Set a Label before flagging this Element as a Component Export

I am using a Personify site and attempting to create my own custom component set, however when I go to click on the “Export Component” box it’s disabled and the notice reads: “Set a Label before flagging this Element as a Component Export”

I can’t figure out what this is referring to or how to do what it wants. Please advise!
