I’m receiving this error message:
We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.
My client’s site is down, I’ve tried reinstalling X- it will not accept my license codes…

Thanks for writing in!
The issue is caused by two version of Cornerstone installed. I went ahead and deleted all the installed version. I then go back to X > Validation so that the Cornerstone version bundled in the latest X theme will be installed automatically. I have activated the newly installed Cornerstone and your issue was resolved.
Please check your site now.
